Annual Stockholders Meeting

As a Capital Farm Credit stockholder, you are invited to attend the 2012 Annual Stockholders Meeting, May 23 at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Austin, Texas. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with the meeting following at 12:30 p.m.

This year four board positions are up for election. Stockholders eligible to vote as of April 30, 2012 will receive director election ballots within a few days after the annual meeting as well. Stockholders with voting stock may cast their ballot through the mail or by using an easy-to-use internet process. Election results will be mailed and posted on CapitalFarmCredit.com.
